Refund policy
Goldie & Grace is happy to refund you in store credit!
Exchange or store credit requirements:
- Items must be unworn with tags still attached. We reserve the right to refuse if the items shows signs of wear, alteration, misuse, or damage.
- Customers will be refunded in Goldie & Grace credit. You are required to pay shipping costs when returning the item. After your item is received, your credit will be applied to your account.
- Accessories and seasonal items are FINAL SALE. If an item is seasonal, it will be noted in the item description.
- If you purchased your item using local pickup, contact us to schedule a return appointment within 7 days of picking up your purchase.
- Items must be returned (postmarked) within 7 days of receiving the order.
